No. AMV Legacy Services is an educational and administrative division of AMVLAW PLLC. We help families prepare estate planning documents through simple, guided tools—but we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. If you need an attorney, you can upgrade to AMVLAW’s Attorney Plan at any time.
2️⃣ Are the documents valid in my state?
Yes. All of our Will and Trust templates are state-specific and attorney-reviewed for accuracy and compliance. Each plan is built to reflect the requirements of the state where you live.
3️⃣ What’s the difference between DIY, Guided, and Attorney Plans?
DIY Plan – You complete your plan independently using our secure platform.
Guided Plan – You’re personally assisted by a trained Legacy Advisor who helps you through every step.
Attorney Plan – You work directly with an attorney to fully customize your estate plan.
4️⃣ How long does it take to finish my plan?
Most families complete their Will or Trust in about 30-45 minutes using our online system. You can save your progress, come back anytime, and make updates whenever life changes. After completing your planning, print your documents and follow our included instructions to sign, witness, and notarize.
5️⃣ Is my information safe?
Absolutely. All personal data is encrypted and stored securely. You control who has access to your documents, and we never share your information without your consent.
6️⃣ Can I update my plan later?
Yes! You can make changes anytime. DIY users can update their documents directly through their portal, and Guided or Attorney Plan clients can request updates through their advisor or attorney.
